GBK: Gracie Barra Kids

The GBK program provides a supportive and fun environment for children aged 5-15 to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on teaching basic techniques and the importance of respect, discipline, and perseverance through BJJ. The program is an excellent way for children to improve coordination, physical fitness, and social skills.
Classes are structured to ensure safety and enjoyment while instilling a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and martial arts. Our experienced instructors are adept at working with children, ensuring that each class is engaging and educational.
